Jason Ribelin

Known in the office as the one with the highest I.Q., Jason is an essential part of the team.  He has been with D&A since 2006 and heads a team of appraisers and analysts which primarily focus on multi-family with a strong concentration in Houston, Texas.

Mark Elledge, MAI

Mr. Elledge has been with D&A since 1997 and is an alumni to Baylor University.  Mark and his wife have a daughter in graduate school at Vanderbilt and a son playing baseball for Dallas Baptist University.

Shelley Vensel

Shelley, D&A's office manager, has been with the firm in excess of ten years; she is an integral part of the D&A's success and provides top-notch service to our valued clients. When not working, she enjoys being a wife and "soccer-cheer-baseball" mom to her children, Aubrey, Ashley & Aidan.

Austin Franklin

Graduating from Texas Tech with his Master’s, Austin has a decade of real estate experience and has been with D&A since 2010.  Austin enjoys watching Texas Tech football, the Texas Rangers, and playing golf in his free time.

Nick D'Arcy

Mr. D'Arcy is based out of Austin, Texas and has been with D&A since 2003.

Corey Clifton

Mr. Clifton has been with D&A since 2012.  While outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his friends and family.

Casey Whitmer

Mr. Whitmer graduated from the University of Texas and went on to play baseball professionally for the Washington Nationals before becoming an appraiser.

John Jordan, MAI

As founder of Deverick & Associates, Inc., Mr. Jordan has appraised nearly every property type during his tenure in commercial real estate.  With well over three decades in the industry, Mr. Jordan reviews a majority of the reports internally to ensure top-tier quality is being delivered. In addition to the appraisal business, Mr. Jordan is an active investor and broker primarily in the office and apartment market. 

"I am blessed to have such great children and grandchildren and look forward to watching the company grow with the next generation."  When away from work, John enjoys spending time at his lake home with his wife of more than thirty years, Heidi.

Deverick Jordan, MAI, FRICS

As 2nd generation of D&A, Deverick's focus is to take the company to the next level.  Having personally completed appraisals from as far as Alaska to Maine, Mr. Jordan continues to uphold the company's ability to tackle assignments on a national basis.  Deverick graduated from SMU's Cox School of Business with a BBA in Real Estate Finance and has underwritten and closed numerous properties throughout the United States.  He is blessed with an amazing wife and two children, Kinlee and Liam.

Ryan Blakman

Mr. Blakeman is a Real Estate Major from the University of North Texas who has been with D&A since 2014.  Outside of work he enjoys his time in the outdoors and with his family and friends.

Jordan Carter

Mr. Carter earned his M.B.A. and then spent 5 years in residential and commercial real estate before joining the D&A team in 2015.  Jordan is a die-hard fan of the 5x NBA Champion San Antonio Spurs and enjoys traveling with his amazing wife Cory and playing disc golf in his free time.

Matt  Mushinski

A proud alumni of Texas Tech University, Mathew has been with D&A since 2014.  Outside of the office, Mathew enjoys saltwater fishing, wing shooting, and spending time with his black lab "Newman".
